A great way to keep the energy in the body balanced is through doing energy flow exercises like qigong and tai chi. I have been watching and follwing a qigong instructor named Lee Holden. His website www.exercisetoheal.com sells his DVDs. His mother also does a DVD for seniors so that most people will be able to enjoy the flow of energy.
